  17. <p>    Move it on over, Mickey. Watch your back, Dumbo. A new clan
  18. is moving into the Walt Disney menagerie: the Muppets. Last
  19. week Disney agreed to buy Henson Associates, which owns such
  20. characters as Miss Piggy, Kermit the Frog and Fozzie Bear.
  21. Disney did not disclose the price, but analysts put it at more
  22. than $100 million. Disney would get rights to most Muppets,
  23. which will appear in the Magic Kingdom's theme parks, movies and
  24. TV specials. (Big Bird and the other characters that Muppeteer
  25. Jim Henson created for the Sesame Street TV show remain the
  26. property of Children's Television Workshop.) Henson will become
  27. a Disney consultant. Michael Eisner, Disney's chairman, called
  28. the deal "a business association made in family-entertainment
  29. heaven."
